Long-Term Storage

Metropolitan can provide short-term storage or storage-in-transit in our state of the art, safe and secure 93,000 square foot facility in Benicia or 24,000 square foot facility in West Sacramento or 14,000 square foot facility in Mountain View.

All long-term storage is palletized storage, which is the safest and most economical form of storage. Your belongings are stored in large (solid wood) containers specifically designed for furniture storage. They measure 5' wide x 7' deep x 7' high.

The advantage of this method is that it reduces the amount of time that your furniture is handled. Whenever, possible we bring the vaults directly to your home and your furniture is wrapped and placed in the vaults. When it comes time to deliver your furniture to your new residence, the vaults are brought to your new residence and unloaded.
