Our move to the foothills
I would really like to thank everyone from Metropolitan Van & Storage, Benicia, for the professional way you handled our 102-mile residential move. We moved two homes into one property. The crew arrived on time and informed of what the job was. They emptied the first house quickly, and then finished the second. We were on the road by noon, going to the new house. Once there they quickly unloaded and had everything where it belonged. Art and Rob put together a great price, and a great crew. Our move went so well!! Thanks to Heather, Dennis, Rob, Art and the crew for a great experience.
Outstanding Service
I can’t say enough positive about our residential move. From the day I called for a quote, I immediately received a call back from Barry to do an in person quote. He was prompt, professional and explained the entire process. We received our quote on time as promised from Rob and Barry took time to follow up and make sure we received it. Rob was very easy to communicate with and he answered all my questions and then some. Jennifer organized our move days and times and was very friendly. We had a two day move and both crews were on time, very professional and polite. Both crews were extremely hard working, answered our questions and took pride in the work they did. Our furniture was protected and it was a very streamline process. They kept saying “this is what we do” and it shows. Our delivery location was difficult and not one complaint. They take the stress off the homeowner and that is priceless. We have moved many times and by far this was the best experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend their services and would definitely hire them again, without question.

From the getting the estimate from Siok, to working out details with Elyssa, the Atlas Client Services Coordinator, to the three men who did the moving, all went smoothly, was done in a timely manner, and pricing was transparent and fair without surprises.
Outstanding service!
Outstanding service across the board, with skillful, courteous and genuinely nice people. Estimator (Barry Weinstein) was remarkably efficient and thoughtfully worked with me to suggest extra care for a few particular pieces. The office staff (Jennifer & Lura) were always able to answer my questions. The "crew," the Lopes Brothers, did a fabulous job packing, loading and unloading. All this and at very competitive rates too!!! I've moved a number of times, including two international moves, and I am very impressed by the excellent service provided by Metropolitan Van & Storage.

I received everything yesterday! From the start, the estimator was great, explained how the pricing for the long move works. We had a pretty tricky move, but the project manager made me feel safe. The crew it self was ok in SF. The NC group was superb! Move is a tricky thing, and I cannot day enough good things about this company - cherry on top - the final bill was UNDER what they estimated! When does that ever happen??? Arrived on time, no damages and super friendly!

The folks at Metropolitan Van & Storage were responsive and provided outstanding service from beginning to end. We had a move from Central California to temporary storage in the Bay Area and all went well! Louie and his crew were excellent. They arrived on time (actually 15 minutes early). They were meticulous in marking items to be moved. They were very careful about packing and wrapping items to be moved. They were neat and careful. They were all friendly and professional. We were very pleased with the professionalism, and work that they put in to ensure a smooth move of our furniture and household items. Thanks for your excellent service. We are looking forward to move #2 in a few months!

Professional Bay Area Movers
We wanted to thank everyone from Metropolitan Van & Storage of the Bay Area for the professional way you handled our 90-mile residential move. We did some shopping around and we appreciated representative Art taking the time to explain to us everything involved in the move. Plus, the price was very reasonable. Josh's crew, including Steve, Philli, Romand and Juan were on time, courteous and extremely helpful. All of our furniture was wrapped in padded blankets and we could tell the movers really cared. Nothing was damaged. Art and Jackie even contacted us for feedback on the move. Again, great movers and we are definitely going to recommend Metropolitan Van & Storage as the best movers in the San Francisco Bay Area.
